Honestly my fault for not speaking up during the appt. but look at the photo for yourself. Idk if she didnt see the images clearly or just wanted to freestyle a bit but they didnt end up matching at all, the chrome smudged around the nail, and overall dissatisfied. I should've left the moment she started asking her friend for advice, just wanted to trust the process. The manicure itself was good, as well as the kats eye, just not the design itself. It’s the worst I got my nails painted naturally today I asked the lady if she can put my hand under the tv light to dry she said no , now I’m home and this shit is all messed up I called them to ask if I can come the next day to get it fixed and they said no
