Worst HVAC installation experience ever. The technicians were careless and didn't even use a vacuum pump during the split AC installation. They drilled multiple unnecessary holes in my wall and left the copper pipes exposed and messy. To make matters worse, water started dripping inside my room the very next day because they didn't level the indoor unit properly. If you want a clean and professional job, look elsewhere. These guys are amateurs

Total scam! I called them for a simple maintenance check because my heater was making a slight noise. The technician told me I needed to replace the entire motor, quoting a ridiculous price. I got a second opinion from a local expert, and it turned out to be just a loose screw! This company intentionally misleads customers who don't know much about HVAC systems just to increase their bills. Stay away and save your hard-earned money

I had a confirmed appointment between 10 AM and 12 PM, but the team showed up at 5 PM without any prior notice or apology. When I complained about the delay, the technician was incredibly rude and started arguing with me in my own house. They have zero work ethics and no respect for the customer's time. The quality of the service was just as bad as their attitude. I wouldn't recommend this HVAC service to my worst enemy

They advertise 24/7 emergency HVAC repair, but it’s all fake marketing. My AC broke down on a Saturday night when it was 40 degrees outside. I called their helpline multiple times; they kept promising that a technician was 'on the way,' but nobody ever showed up. I stayed up all night in the heat waiting for them. They are highly irresponsible and have no coordination between their office and field staff

"I am extremely frustrated with their HVAC service. I called them to fix a gas leak in my AC, and they charged me a hefty amount for a refill and 'sealing.' Just three days later, the cooling stopped again. When I called them back, they demanded another visiting fee and claimed it was a 'new' leak. It’s clear they didn’t do the job right the first time and are just trying to mint money. Completely unreliable and unprofessional service."
