Rented an excavator for a month period, sight unseen. Machine was "in the yard." Machine arrives with dirty tracks, had to be tracked over 100' of road. First strike. I tried to be patient. I get in the Machine and instantly realize its under powered and sluggish. I called, they refer me to management who is currently not in the building. I call the next morning and Bob over in Cranston and he tries to charge me for shipping and a day rate after 6 hours of use. My rental was for a month, not a day.
