I have to redo my review based on the explanation received by Don. While I was very upset by this experience, it was not his fault and he was following his rate protocol. He was very nice and responded with a fair email. He was able to come very quickly to help with my situation and although I wish there had been some consideration about the rate and what happened, I do understand.
