They can tint pretty good. They can also scratch your window up removing tint. You'll be replacing it at your own cost. Yes, I've tried working it out with them first. Claimed they didn't scratch it and got the silent treatment afterwards. They destroyed the defroster lines on removal then tinted over them without a word, looking horrible) Then i asked them to remove the tint to seek other options.
