Had them install a remote starter for me a couple of years ago had some issues but were resolved. Recently car battery died and the remote starter needed to be reset out of valet mode. Called them they told me to come by and they would do it for free. Well after 2 minutes of work they now tell me I owe them $50 which I paid but will never step back in that place they are cheats and liars.
I had a whining noise in my car stereo, showed them the set up, they said they could fix it. They charged $150 for 'two hours' to install one ground wire and give up. Additionally they offered to charge another $75 to plug in two noise isolators for $40 each ($8 each on Amazon). I had to waste two days during business hours to get there and still not have my problem fixed, while being charged for the inconvenience.
Brand new wheel and tires! Yet, this will make the fourth trip having them properly get the vibration out. Difficult to work with and there doesn't seem to be a end in sight! Nice price - yes good work/quality- no!
I have bought few sets of wheels while back some of them balance was off , i have my windows tinted it didnt have any problems with it i been with few friends when they went to tint their windows and down the road the window tint just started rolling down , but on positive side they fixed my balance on wheels my friends windows got re tinted , its bad when you gotta spent extra 2 to 3 hours in there trying to get somthing fixed by other person that dosent know what he is doing ,
Came in not too long ago to get my front left tire replaced after it got slashed up. First off, the prices offered were fair, which was a plus for me. Also, when I asked about replacing my other tires, instead of being told that I should and how much of a difference it would make, which was expected, I was told that I didn't really need to. I would highly recommend ProTint! Staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Very satisfied with my windows. And added a remote start for my van too. I love it, especially on those cold days.
Best prices in town! After shopping around town and online, I decided to buy rims and tires at Protint. They by far had the biggest selection, and had them in stock. Check them out.
LOVE my wheels, tires and alarm that Protint put on my car. My dad treated me for my 16th bday and my car looks HAWT!! I went in not sure what I wanted, but knew what I liked. The guy, Dave or something...was able to help me pick out the perfect wheels for my car. I'm sending all my friends there.
Very nice on the phone but it ended there. I was quoted on price and arrived to another. Very rude and think they are the tint gods. I am not happy with the job or length of timr it took. Thank for nothing and your action do cost you business.
