My gf made an apt to get her windows tinted a week in advanced and was told she'd get a call the day before to confirm.. well no call the day before so she called the day of to confirm her time, come to find out they didn't even have her on the books... they had her on a different/WRONG day. Not only that but the guy said they never call to confirm... LOL sure so my gf was lying. Oh and don't get me started on how rude the guy was on the phone with her.
