Zaki and the team at Pro Tiling Melbourne did a fantastic job on my balcony and adjoining steps. The prep work on the substrate was excellent and the tiles were laid beautifully using epoxy grout. The balcony now looks a million dollars. The job ran multiple days and they turned up when they said they would every time. Zaki with his team did my bathroom - screeding shower base, waterproofing, wall and floor tiling, grouting and caulking. I'm extremely happy with the way he managed this job. Everything was done ahead of timeline with a great quality. Zaki was also very flexible, easy to deal with and honest. I would highly recommend Zaki and his team.
