I would not recommend this office, especially for families with autistic children. My two autistic children were turned away and told they could no longer come because they claimed I missed two appointments. I had already told someone at the office I was going out of town, and I only missed one appointment without notifying them. When I came in with my son, the older woman with white hair was extremely rude, nasty, and snarky in front of my children and my husband. Completely inflexible and poorly handled. I gave advance notice of a one-week vacation and was still discharged from care with no conversation or attempt to resume after. Very transactional approach with little regard for continuity of treatment. I would not recommend.
Poor experience overall. A one-week planned vacation was enough for them to immediately discharge services without discussion or any attempt to coordinate. No flexibility and very little communication. Doesn’t feel like patient-centered care.
The folks here are amazing , it’s a very friendly , family feeling where you know your child is thriving & having a great time. My son would go everyday if he could. Amazing people 10 out of 10.
We LOVE ProTherapy! Some of the most compassionate people I’ve ever encountered. Our 2 year old loves seeing Ms. Amy every week and we feel completely comfortable with him being there.
