Truly five-star service! Marcus and Jon always provide professional and honest service for our furnace, central air, and split.
A big A+++. Had an AC issue on a 100 degree day. I called Pro-Temp. I never used them but the owner Jon came out that day and analyzed my problem. He was able to get me the replacement part under warranty. I will recommend Pro-Temp the next time I am asked for a recommendation for an HVAC guy!
Love these guys. John always make time to come out when there is a problem. This was the 3rd time I have used them and they either come out the same day or the very next day. Marcus is great and knows his stuff. Prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend Pro-Temp to everybody. 5 ***** for these guys.
Had a leak in my boiler. Protemp arrived next morning and quickly got the problem taken care of. Very reasonably priced too!
John and his team are the best!! Ran out of oil on a Friday, called them Saturday AM and within an hour they were at my house!! Highly recommend
