Some years ago, but still gets me annoyed every time I drive by. They cut a leather door panel on my Lexus with a razor knife while installing window tint. I picked up the car and the owner tried hard to keep me distracted from noticing it. I did notice immediately after leaving and went back. He admitted they cut the door panel and did order a replacement. When I went to pick up the replacement panel I told him I'd have to pay someone to install it and wanted a fair reimbursement.
