Avoid this company at all costs! Like everyone else has said—horrible customer service and completely incompetent. They should not be in business. We had over 3 service calls, and they never fixed the issue. Getting a tech scheduled takes multiple follow-up calls, yet they have no problem hounding you for payment on their useless work. Total scam operation. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
Left three messages, no return calls. Possibly out of business?
No customer service. Calls over three months are not returned. Wondering if the business is still open????
I contacted Brian at Pro-Tek July 25, 2022 for a quote on a system upgrade. After several phone calls I received a quote on September 12, 2022. I foolishly indicated on September 16, 2022 that I wanted to proceed with the quoted work, and they went dark on us! I am told that Brian is trying to juggle both sales and service and is failing at both. Do not use them!
