This is along over due review. I worked with Joseph to alleviate my neck and back pain. I chose Joseph because he offered Myofascial Release (MFR). It was something I haven't tried before but was interested in because other methods of pain relief weren't working for me. This technique was a world of a difference it took a couple sessions to loosen up my body but it definitely worked.
