Even when issues arise, they were diligent to resolve them.
Paid for pictures for my son's soccer season. Was assured they would arrive before end of season.... never came, emailed was assured they would arrive by the 20th.... STILL no pictures! Would NOT recommend this company to anyone! Judging by the other reviews it seems like several others feel the same way.
We recently ordered soccer photos for our two children in youth sports. One of our child’s photos came in the mail on time and looking great our other child’s photos were mixed up with another players on his team. It was easy to contact Pro-Tek and they sent out a replacement order free of charge along with an additional 5 x 7. We understand things happen and there were a lot of kids getting their photos taken that day, but this company was professional and readily available to help me.
Seasons are well over. You guys took photos at the start of my son’s spring tball and soccer season. Where are my son’s pictures that I paid for?
