I chose to go with Pro-Tects through the Duke Energy website. The experience was nothing but positive. Joe came out to provide an estimate to install several exterior outlets, an outlet undercabinet for a dishwasher and an outlet for the kitchen peninsula.....running 2 new circuits to the breaker. Baron is excellent- proficient, professional and reasonably priced.
This company is terrific. They are affordable, honest, responsive and utterly reliable. They installed the charger for my EV at a very reasonable price. They showed up when they said they would and completed the job quickly and neatly. They are my go to for any and all electrical work. I feel lucky to have found them.
The electrical meter box on the side of our house developed a "short" causing power issues. The lights would dim, circuit breakers would click off, etc. Obviously we were concerned. We called Pro-Tects, from the Duke energy website. Barron was able to come out the same day to diagnose the problem. He also gave us immediate safety suggestions and made us a priority for repair.
