I left because I felt uncomfortable. There was someone in the back yelling the entire time I was there. Edit: I came back in and Josh made thing right.
Josh was a very helpful and informative employee. Had me out of the store in no time!
My Galaxy S22 Ultra died then got stuck in a boot loop I couldn't get passed. I dropped it off with Josh at this location and he kept on the issues and part swaps until it was in a state to make a full backup of the phone, so I did not lose any data. I appreciate the persistence and communication throughout the process, and very glad I did not lose any data.
