Best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere! Shelly was awesome. She went so above and beyond to fix my work phone. She saved it without having to wipe my data. I am incredibly thankful for this CPR location and will never go anywhere else again for repairs.

I went to CPR to get my screen fixed since my insurance company advised me to go there for the repair. 30 days later my phone screen glitches again like it did before the repair. I go back as instructed by my insurance company since the told me the repair had a 1 year warranty. Keep in mind my phone is NOT cracked or have ANY physical damage. I dropped off a brand new laptop I received for Christmas for a screen repair. (my 11 year old accidentally cracked it) When I got home i noticed a small plastic piece directly underneath the screen that was not attached properly and would hang up every time I would open/close the screen.
