Paul was knowledgeable and knew exactly how to fix the problem with my daughters Ford Escape, speedy repair work, and friendly, didn't get any negative "repair guy" vibes, ( or as the kids would say "Not - Sus" ) They came recommended to me from another mechanic, I would highly recommend, I will continue to use PRO Tech with my Jeep also ... and now I have someone to tell my friends to use...
Tall Paul is the man! We were visiting our son and had transmission issues. Visiting from North Carolina. We went to the local Oreilly Auto and they recommended ProTech. After talking to Paul, I felt very comfortable leaving our vehicle in his hands. He quickly addressed the problem and fixed it. Most importantly, he didn’t take advantage of the “out of towners” and charged us a fair price. Definitely recommend ProTech A++++
