STAY AWAY! AMATEURS. SELF TAUGHT. WILL DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE. Mike was recommended when my wheel lugs had frozen up. I also had a starter issue. His amateur self-taught mechanics dented my car when they were using the breaker bar and didn't tell me about it. I went back and asked and they fessed up. Performed oil change, state inspection, and tire rotation. Took about an hour. Informed me that I still had winter tires on, having forgotten from not driving too often, this was great. Also, let me know that I should get my brake fluid done, with the current mileage on the vehicle.
Quoted me $250 for transmission filter and fluid change. Dropped my truck off on Monday night was told I could pick up the next day. Got there 15 minutes before closing and was told they just put it on the lift and that it would be done the next day. So I was without my vehicle for 2 days. Then they tried to charge me $475! The dealer only chargs $250 for this same job. I refused and they lowered the price. My truck has shifted poorly since. Turns out it WAS A QUART LOW on transmission fluid! Nice job pro tech 🤦
