I had them replace my heating and A/C 2 yrs ago. They were prompt, professional, and very clean. I have them out twice a yr for routine checkups, and every employee from the office to the field techs have been excellent!!

Dealing with Pro Tech services has been a terrible experience for over a year now. One unit has been functioning poorly, apparently the return vents are too small for the units they installed, a ceiling wasn’t sealed off from where an old unit was removed, a duct began to tear, and coils froze during the winter time. I do NOT recommend this company. The pressure in one unit is so cold it is on the brink of a freezing temp. Bare in mind it maybe was 78 degrees outside. My A/C died on me, within days Protech was at my house getting me back in business. They are professional, attentive and are a pleasure to do business with. I got the Lennox system bc a neighbor recommended it i’m happy I did. I will def give them my business in the future. Highly recommended company. Thanks Jim Leann and Stephen!
