Very easy transaction and quick job turnover. These guys are fantastic! Met Garrett H. in my driveway while washing my truck and set up an appointment for the following week. After his review, he guided me through the replacement process and we contacted my insurance company. He was here along with Waylon M. during the insurance inspection. These guys made it easy and I never even had to get on the roof. Unfortunately I found it necessary to Re-roof my house. I used Whitaker roofing because of the very courteous and responsive employees - Garrett Holliman and Waylon Mabry. The first thing they did was take photos with a drone so that I could see the actual damage. Next, they did a visual inspection by climbing on the roof and they provided additional photographic evidence of the damage. Wonderful experience! They went above and beyond helping us understand the nightmare process of dealing with homeowners insurance. Scheduling and replacement was quick and well done.
