My experience with Whitaker Roofing was the best I've had with a contractor in my 56 years. From day one when Shane and Jarret came to inspect my roof things went very professional and very smooth. I recently used Whitaker to handle an insurance claim for hail damage to my roof and gutters. Heather Ridings was my adjuster and she did a phenomenal job. She did a thorough inspection of everything, taking her time to document anything caused by the hail and wind. She communicated with my insurance and was able to get the claim approved. She kept me updated on the process and was easy to communicate with and always got back to me promptly with any questions I had during the process. My hat is off to Whittaker Roofing Company, especially account rep Heather Ridings who saw the project through from start to finish. I had wind damage from a prior storm which resulted in multiple areas of the roof being damaged. Heather inspected the roof, took necessary pictures submitted everything to my insurance and within a couple of days my roof was approved for a full replacement.
