From the first call with Joel to the finished project, he was professional and timely with communication and information. Joel was onsite to be sure every thing was to my satisfaction, from the inspection, planning, shingle selection and on installation day, which made the entire process less stressful for me. The Whitaker team completed the damage repair and installed the new roof in one day and it looks great.

Efren Valles of Whitaker Roofing Company showed up at our house the morning after a large hailstorm hit Woodstock, Georgia on April 10, 2025 just after dark. Using his drone, he was able to show us our damages. The next day he wanted to go up on the roof and get a better look. Was dreading dealing with roof repair/replacement after the storms, especially being out of town. The crew at Whitaker made the process worry free. They handled everything from the inspection to working with our insurance company to get everything moving forward. They had great communication and the roof was replaced quickly and professionally. The care they took to ensure the property was clean and free of nails was much appreciated.
