Bought a house that they installed the roof on before I purchased...roof about 8 years old. I had new gutters installed roughly 8-9 months after purchase of home. 3 weeks after gutter installation I had a leak. Called pro tech...was called back within a couple hours and the owner came out the next afternoon, blamed the gutter installation and “fixed” the issue. They never answered my calls
Pro Tech Roofing did an excellent job installing a roof on our 4k SQ home 6 years ago. Recently we noticed a leak around the fireplace and realized there was a problem with the metal part around the roof on top of the shingles. I have called and left messages everyday for the last 2 weeks with no response for someone to come out to look at the roof, or advise us what we need to do to resolve the issue.
