I initially thought this company would be a good option, but was sadly mistaken. First of all, they lacked consistent communication and notification at times. There were times when they said they were coming, and didn't. Then there were times that I didn't know they were coming and they would expect me to adjust to their spur of the moment schedule. I have been using ProTech Services for 6 years and have been so pleased with every single project they've ever done for me. From rescuing me from a water incident, repairing my roof, or remodeling my bathroom... every single time I've been beyond satisfied with the work done. They not only care about their project, they care about their client.

ProTech – Owner = Rudy and his son were very professional, skilled, qualified, certified, and principled. They want to assure you get your life back as fast as possible. We were in Chicago for a 1 ½ week's vacation when we came back we had a floor in our Master Bedroom, Closet, Bathroom, Powered Room, and another area on the main floors that were very much affected by the Water Damage leak from the master bedroom.
