Great experience with Pro-Tech Pool Services. Paul and James got me in earlier than expected, had the pump primed and running again quickly, and did a great job explaining the equipment along the way. James also gave me some really useful tips for cleaning the pool without getting air into the system—which caused the problem to begin with. No upselling, just good information and solid service. I had Paul with Pro-Tech Pool Services install a new pool pump, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Paul was professional, knowledgeable, dependable, and clearly takes pride in doing the job right. He took the time to make sure everything was installed properly, explained the new system and its operation, and made sure everything was working as it should before he left. Paul and his team are great! I had a pool plumbing leak on a Saturday, and they were able to accommodate us on short notice and get the issue taken care of quickly.
