I would like to give them 10 stars. Our plumber came out and took care of our problems with great skill. He was very skilled met our needs with great effort.
So glad I called this company to repair a water leak. Of course it happened on a weekend. They were out when they said they would be here and fixed my leak. I have water! Yay! Highly recommend Ken to come out and fix your leak. Very polite and after he left you would have never known he had been there.
Incredible quality and service
We’ve had great experiences with Pro-Tech. We had a clogged sewage drain field that after cypress plumbing failed to fix (did they best they could I guess); Pro-Tech fixed it without any issues. The same exact thing happened to my MIL, and Pro-Tech fixed it as well. Ken knows his value, and he’s worth it.
Ken and his crew came through for me BIG time. Ken came within an hour of my call after hours and started the next day I signed the contract. His crew were quick, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves on a 2 day job of re-piping my 45 year old home. Economical, too! Highly recommend.
