Absolutely Avoid ProTech Plumbing – Dishonest, Incompetent, and Overcharges! If I could give zero stars, I would. Dealing with ProTech Plumbing has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. BEWARE! Regret not reading the reviews before booking with this business! I was referred to Pro-Tech by my building manager. First red flag - they refused to schedule anything until I filled out a form and provided my credit card number. Upon scheduling a toilet repair, I explained that I needed a wax ring and two new washers in the tank. They estimated 1-2 hours (2-hour minimum); I scheduled an appointment for May 10, 2024. Installed brand new dishwasher that was broken when they left (didn’t mention it) Overpriced / overcharged - 1600$+ for simple work Dishonest / predatory Rude customer service (Jennifer) Charged 1600$+ (6 hours plus $250 (5 valves at 5-10$ each in the store) plus tax) for dishwasher installation, valve replacement and shower cartridge. We had to call another plumber to fix their problems.
