Mike Mialkovsky is a scam artist! We have been attempting to work with Mike Mialkovsky from Pro-Tech since May 1, 2014. As of September 17, 2014 the work is still incomplete. Three AC units on top of our roof, only one works. We went all summer without air conditioning in the RV because of Mike's failures. He has not returned a phone call or a text in over a month. He has had every excuse in the book, from a death in the family, to mandatory family vacations, to an IRS audit. Avoid this man, and his "company", at all costs.
