Mike is irresponsible; leaving clients without heat and refrigeration during the holidays. He won't return your calls once he has your money. Plan on taking him to small claims.
Mike, the tech is a nice guy and I'm sure he has expertise in lot of areas of RV repair. Unfortunately, hot water heaters didn't seem to be one of those areas. After several visits, altering my factory plumbing after being told not to he was unable to repair the problem. After many days of no hot water I took my coach to a repair shop and the problem was resolved immediately. I was never offered a refund of the payment for services that did not resolve my problem.
