Carlos, Fernando, and Eleu were very professional and courteous while installing our new A/C unit and furnace. They worked well together and communicated each step to me along the way as well as walking me through the new system.
Carlos was very through! Explained everything I needed to know.
Very disappointed! This is is the company you want if you want a cheap price, scratch and dent system installed and less than perfect install. Carlos and his guys came out and installed a new inside air handler unit with smashed fins. Tried to convince me that a new system comes with damaged evap coils from the manufacturer. If a unit gets damaged in shipping or for any reason, it ends up being sold as a scratch and dent system. The problem is, Carlos isnt forthcoming about what he is doing.
