Pro Tech installed an Air Handler for my husband and I in the summer of 2023. At that time we signed up for a bi-annual maintenance program. We had been paying for this program monthly. 2 weeks ago I called and scheduled a maintenance service call which was scheduled Friday 10/17 between 7am-9am. I received an email approximately at 8am on the day of our scheduled maintenance advising us that Pro Tech no longer was servicing our area and we would need to find a new company.
