Be very very careful of this guy. Last summer we had an old swamp cooler that was pretty rusty but.he said he could put a new motor on it & it would last another year possibly. Charged me $150 knowing full well I would never go on the roof to check it out. Now this summer just had a mini split put in by a different company. They.saved the almost new motor so I could give it to.a friend who in turn had it checked out cause it looked really old. Was told it was about 20 yrs old. Nick is awesome! He was able to fix the mini split system we had installed when no one else was able to figure out what the issue was. I highly recommend him, he's honest, the prices are extremely fair and if he is unsure of the issue he will straight up let you know and research it.
