I highly recommend this company! They are professional, very respondent, communication is great and the job performed was great too! I had a frameless shower door installed after they removed my framed shower door. They called to communicate when they expected to arrive and even were able to come early. Great business overall!
Super quality custom shower door. We had a minor alignment problem and they came out same day, fixed it and showed how the mechanism worked JIC.
Our project was a walk in shower: a small project that makes a big cosmetic difference. Start to finish- everything was smooth. We had several quotes, Pro Tech Glass was by far the most reasonable. Overall we are satisfied customers!
I'm giving two stars instead of one because everyone was responsive to requests and the crew that came out was professional and pleasant. I wasted $350 because I was told about the success they have when removing scratches from shower glass enclosures when the scratches aren't too deep. I asked how I would know they were too deep. I was told that if I could run my nail across the scratch and feel it, that it wasn't too deep in the glass. My glass enclosure looks exactly the same as it did before they worked on it. We recently had shower glass installed as part of a master bathroom remodel. During the measurement appointment, the project manager, Jackson, specifically recommended low-iron glass due to our white tile, explaining that standard clear glass has a green tint. We agreed with that recommendation and clearly stated that low-iron glass was our preference. I was told this would be relayed to our general contractor so the correct quote could be selected.
