If I could give this company a negative I would. My mother along with quite a few residents in Rice Lake Wisconsin used this company for roof repairs after weather damage this fall. Tom the owner personally worked with my mother knowing she and a lot of the residents where she lives are elderly on fixed incomes telling then he would help them and her personally he would take care of her deductible. This company cold called me asking to inspect my roof due to recent storm damage in the area (there hadn't been any). I agreed. John Butler arrived with a younger man who he referred to as his son. He sent his son up on my roof. John started showing me his state contractor license and I asked if his son was certified in inspecting roofs. John said he certified him himself.
