I don’t normally write reviews but I feel this one is deserved. I needed to get my car repaired after a collision and all the shops in PG are swamped this time of year. Pro Tech was one of the places I could get in the earliest and Troy was so awesome explaining the process of what would happen to my car during the entire process. After a collision, I searched for the best ICBC service centre and found this gem! The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Being new to town, they took the time to explain everything clearly and made the process smooth. Highly recommend!
