We haven't had our chimney cleaned in 15 or so years. The cleaners showed up on time. Did a wonderful job of protecting the tile and carpet around our fireplace and were done in about 30 minutes. They removed a huge pile of soot from our chimney and left everything clean at the completion of their work. We couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!
Had them out to clean our chimney, and while they did a good job and the price was reasonable, my credit card got hacked from using them! They use the app Square to swipe your credit card on an iPad. I haven't used this app with anyone else, and started getting fraudulent charges through Square two weeks later. Obviously had to cancel my credit card, and called to let them know that either one of their guys had lifted my credit card number or their system had been compromised. Just had my chimney cleaned today, first time in 11 yrs & can't tell you how grateful I am to Pro-Tech. They laid down plastic to keep the floor clean & put card board up to block flying debris. John & his team were very knowledgeable about a variety of reasons why chimneys & dryer vents need to be cleaned. They are professional & very friendly.
