Had my oil changed here they put the oil filter on way to hard it was breaking tools they refused to help with something they did. EDIT.. if you guys didn't put the filter on super tight i would have been able to get it off no issue and i wouldn't of had to contact you guys in the first place it's called hand tight not so tight it breaks tools that's meant to take filters off.. and I put a hole in it to try and get it off after you guys told me i would have to wait a few days. Ed at Pro Tech Auto Service saved the day! One hour into a four hour journey we ended up with a flat tire. Ed changed it and got us back on the road within minutes. Truly 5-star customer service. Highly recommend Pro Tech Auto Service if you’re in the Clio area.
Do not take your vehicle to Protech! I asked for an oil change and tire rotation. They changed my oil but didn’t properly reattach my skid plate so a few days later I discovered it hanging off of my car. They also did not rotate my tires but claimed they did for “free” and that is why there was no documentation on my receipt. Unfortunately, my husband took his truck in for brakes to be replaced and,within 5 hours driving on a busy road, the truck started shuttering!
