Please Read all of this.. Includes my response back to Pro Tech. I took my son's car out to Pro Tech Auto Sevice in 2023. We paid over 1,300.00 for Brakes, Pads, Rotors, Struts all on the front. Today 2025 I had to slowly drive his car to closer place for service.. They have to replace Brakes, Pads, Rotors and some other things again all in front. I physically have an invoice from Pro Tech with warranty for the parts that need to be replaced and Pro Tech refuses to honor it. This place is a joke. Pay all that money and it go... read more
I had done the brakes on my truck without knowing all the steps you're supposed to take on these new vehicles. My entire dash lit up like a Christmas tree and my truck was limited to 43mph. I took it in to these guys and they had gone out and cleared some codes and had me back on the road within 20 minutes. Seems like a good shop.
I was more than happy with their prices, and the work they did. I actually am switching from my long time mechanic to Pro-tech! My car runs great and I had it back the same day!

Had my oil changed here they put the oil filter on way to hard it was breaking tools they refused to help with something they did. EDIT.. if you guys didn't put the filter on super tight i would have been able to get it off no issue and i wouldn't of had to contact you guys in the first place it's called hand tight not so tight it breaks tools that's meant to take filters off.. and I put a hole in it to try and get it off after you guys told me i would have to wait a few days.
