Follow up. When I told the owner I was going to bring my business somewhere else, the owner Will said "I don't give a shit". He made excuse after excuse about being a small business. You don't treat customers this way.
This company was recommended by a friend so I thought I'd use them instead of a known large company. First my windshield was to be fixed Friday. Next it was moved to Monday because the wrong windshield was order. It was rescheduled for Wednesday morning but then it needed to be moved to the afternoon. Because of a huge commitment they assured me it would be done at 3. At 2 I get a call from the technician that there is no way. Will never use them again.
