I paid $960 for a pre-purchase inspection (PPI) and never received the inspection report I paid for. The owner, David, required payment via Zelle, which removed any practical ability to dispute or reverse the transaction. Despite numerous phone calls, emails, and repeated attempts to obtain the report, I have been given nothing and no legitimate explanation has been provided.
