7/14/26: I never had a coolant fluid leak prior to the oil change with Pro Tech. I went for an oil change and asked them to inspect my ignition coils. I then drove immediately to Walmart for battery replacement. From the 15 mins drive from Pro Tech to Walmart Auto Center, when the technician lifted the hood, there was pink gunk spilling out the radiator hose to the left of the battery. The technician mentioned " you car is leaking coolant". I replied, "I just got an oil change and they didn't tell me that." I didn't pay much... read more

I went for an oil change and asked if they could inspect my ignition coils.....I left with a new car problem . Within mins of leaving their shop, my car started leaking coolant fluid, my radiator's hose blew and car wouldn't stop over heating. I don't know what happened but my car was not like when I walked in. Don't trust them with your car.

I paid $960 for a pre-purchase inspection (PPI) and never received the inspection report I paid for. The owner, David, required payment via Zelle, which removed any practical ability to dispute or reverse the transaction. Despite numerous phone calls, emails, and repeated attempts to obtain the report, I have been given nothing and no legitimate explanation has been provided.
