This company has been out of business several years. Owner was over 70 years old - retired.
Never made it out to the house. We are in a rental and the washing machine stopped spinning. They called me from a 5 digit number, left a voicemail without a call back number. They called back almost half way through the actual appointment time to let us know they do not have a repair guy available to work on a GE unit. So we waited another four days. I couldn't be happier! Nice job and for a fair price. With his 50 years of experience, he had a pretty good idea of the problem after I decribed the symptoms on the phone. He arrived when he said he was going to, was efficient and had my fridge back up and running in no time!
