Amazing customer service. I called for an emergency repair on my mom’s AC Friday evening and Ed was there in 20 minutes and had the unit up and running again within an hour. Responsive, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. Pro Tech will be our go to AC repair company from now on.
This company was recommended through a friend and boy did they deliver. Professional, friendly, and great communication! Thank you for helping us solve our AC issues!
el mejor servicio ! responsable y rápido , es agradable trabajar con personas de esa calidad humana ! totalmente recomendado . tiene mucha paciencia con el idioma eso ayuda mucho también .
I’ve been using Pro Tech for many years now and Ed is amazing. Very knowledgeable and honest AC repair, honesty is what I look for in contractors and it’s rare to find. I have referred him to everyone I know.
When selecting a company I can go back to time and time again, I focus on quality, honesty and great customer service. That's exactly what you get with Pro-Tech and exactly why I'll turn to them for all of my HVAC services going forward. Ed was prompt, knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to get our A/C up and running again in this scorching FL heat. I'd recommend him to anyone I know!
