Ed from Pro-Tech responded quickly to my request for service. I have COPD and other ailments that don't do well in hot weather. Ed got my unit back up and running in no time. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Needless to say, I'll be using Pro-Tech Air for all of my future A/C needs.
