So my work vehicle died 100 feet from their shop in acton. It needed a jump start. My corporate road service gave me an hour to two to wait. I walked over and asked if I could borrow a battery charger. He said sure. I said how much, he said $0... A mechanic that charges $0 who ever heard of that..

Protech showed up, it was a very nice truck, clean and it had a splitbed which i haven't seen on too many company out there. Loaded the car professionally and in matter of minutes we were on the way to the dealer.

My truck broke down on 128. Protech came and towed it to their shop. Couple hours later i was back on the road again making money. Very fast and responsible guys.

I don't know much about this business so i will just report on the service I received from Jorge (tow truck driver). This guy was great, arrived on time for roadside assistance, carefully loaded my Infiniti onto his truck, got the car to the dealership safely and unfortunately had to go to another shop and he didnt even hesitate to help me out by making another stop. He was really helpful and friendly and I hope if I ever need assistance again this guys pulls up to save the day!
