My driver went to pick up a load Dominique the lady that is working in the shipping and receiving office told my driver he was early for his appt to go the the truck stop and come back in 30 mins. I immediately called my broker to change his appt to check in earlier, it didn't take more than 5 min. He went back to check in and she's was so rude and RACIST. The people that work, the security at the scale are rude as hell a security person coming into work stopped by my truck as I was putting on my boots and my jacket to prepare to get on the scale so when you go in there, you know you have all your equipment on cause I wanna see you in your PPE and she told me I couldn’t park there.
