Updated: the technician Jim - is great. honest, does great work. 5 star rating. dealing with office 1-2 star rating- was challenging. I had used this service via HD product warranty, initial appointment was horrible. I got time scheduled and confirmed from HD, I took time off work but technician never showed up and i haven't heard from the company; when trying to call them - they never picked up the phone. they never called, never showed up for the initial appt, when calling them - it ALWAYS goes to VM and they NEVER call ba... read more
Fantastic experience. Tech (Jim) was prompt, polite and most importantly, knowledgeable. Ordered a part and installed the next day. Will definitely use again and highly recommend them.
Great customer service and incredibly knowledgeable.
Called this company four times. They were doing a Home Depot rebate for me and they never called me or answered my call. Still haven't heard from them. Worst company I ever worked with and my stove is still not fixed. I will be contacting Home Depot to let them know they need to drop this company!
