Always stands behind their service Been going to Pro-Team for more than 12 years with all of my vehicles. They stand behind their service without question. Only once did I have an issue and they addressed it imediately. Came to the house even to inspect the car to make sure I could drive it without damaging it. They made the repair in the driveway. I'm not even sure that the problem was their fault, but they fixed it anyway at no cost.

Reliable, Professional, Quality Service Been going to Pro Team as long as I can remember along with the rest of my family. We have always found them to be reliable, professional and courteous as well as honest. So glad to have a reliable independent shop close by. I feel like they actually care about their customers and the service they provide. So many of the chains out there fall short with personal service. Ruined my engine Went there for an oil change a week ago and the technician changed a filter improperly. The next day the oil light flickered on and off and the second day it came on as I was driving to work on the highway, no breakdown lane. Engine started grinding and called the shop. The owner had my car towed and explained to me the technician had changed the oil wrong and ruined my engine. Professional Full Service I have been using one of those other chains for oil changes and noticed a ticking sound when I start my truck. I was told I needed a "gold" level oil filter with a check valve or anti siphon mechanism to keep the oil in the engine during the starting process so I went back to my usual chain and they told me that they had never heard of such a thing. Change in policy Just had my vehicle serviced today and have been a regular at this location for years. They now offer a cheaper no frills rate 30.34 and since I just returned from a business trip and had capped off all my fluids myself I told them to give me the cheaper rate today.They serviced the vehicle quickly as usual and when I went to pay they would not stamp my discount card.(6 stamps and you get $10 off,I needed 1 more stamp) They said they will not honor coupons or stamp cards for the no frills rate(I was not told... read more

Very quick and reasonably priced My dad usually changes my oil, but I've gone here a few times and they are very quick. The price seems reasonable compared to other places around. The only thing I don't like is they tend to tell you about alot of other things they can do for your car and everything else is very expensive, but I think that's common practice for this type of business.

Pro Team Pro Team oil change is a good and fast oil change facility. They have 2 bays, and nice employees. I think they are reasonable. They do a 5 point check on your vehicle to make sure its safe. In my experience the waiting area is fairly clean. Would recomend!
