My husband contacted pro team exteriors for a basic gutter clean out. While he was at work, I was home and we were scheduled to have our service done. They sent out two young men, who were CLEARLY on drugs. I’m guessing by their body language and efficiency that they were on dope. I thought one of them was going to fall down off the latter while going for my gutters. The service was terrible and just hard to watch... we will never go back to pro team for anything. In fall of 2015 Bob Henning promised me he would manage his team of roofers to replace my shingled/peaked roof and flat roof over the garage. The people who came out to do the work were clearly not qualified...turns out Bob picked them up from the YMCA for day work! Results: 6 years later I am having to replace everything because of major leaks in the chimney flashing and an utterly abysmal flat roof job that started leaking gin the garage and in my covered front porch WITHIN THE FIRST MONTH> He kept sending new people out t... read more
Always on time easy to communicate with worked with our insurance the guys who actually did the work were very respectful and paid attention to detail and did a very nice job on my house (siding,windows and roof)
