These folks did an amazing job! They arrived right on time and were very friendly. I needed the carpets in my car shampooed and my living room carpet cleaned. They started with my car so it would have time to dry, which was a smart idea! I honestly can't believe how great everything looks now. I HIGHLY recommend Pro Team Carpet Cleaning! We had a stubborn stain that other carpet cleaning services tried to remove, but it always came back after a few days. Before the appointment, Joseph and Darrell took the time to look up what kind of carpet we had, and they also tried to figure out what caused the stain since we weren't sure. Sometimes you wonder if the ratings are really accurate, but after having Darrell from Pro Team Carpet Cleaning clean our stained carpet in West Roxbury, I understand why they have such a great reputation. They were professional, paid attention to detail, and got the job done right. The price was fair and the carpet looks fantastic.
