elias was super courteous, professional, and always on time. he did a fantastic job cleaning my really dirty and stained carpet here in phoenix. he worked with a lot of care and left my carpet looking spotless and fresh. now it’s also disinfected and free from allergens, which is great for my family. he really took the time to make sure i was happy with everything. the service was affordable and very reliable. i’ve already told several friends about pro team carpet cleaning and will definitely keep recommending them!
