Elias was very thorough, and it was great to see someone who truly enjoys the work, pays close attention to detail, and is still very friendly. I was able to schedule a carpet cleaning appointment for the very next day, and the whole house was taken care of for a really great price. The quality of the service was excellent! Tough stains like Kool-aid and pet spots were completely removed, and they even managed to get bright neon green nail polish out of our cream-colored carpet, even though it had been there for a while.
