I’ve hired this carpet cleaning company in Sacramento several times and they always do a great job. The first time was when I moved into a new apartment and found out the last renter had a dog with fleas. Bennett showed up right on time and gave me a fair quote for all the work I needed done. We had a deep carpet cleaning done in our four bedrooms, plus a special urine treatment for our puppy accidents, and added a carpet protector. Pro Team Carpet Cleaning arrived right on time, and Colby was very friendly and professional. My carpets look fantastic and all the pet stains are gone. Scheduling was easy, and the appointment confirmation was clear. They also did a great job moving the furniture, and made sure to clean under the sofas as well. Drying time took a bit longer than a couple of hours, but overnight was just right, and everything was fresh and clean the next day. I’m really happy with the service and how fresh my carpets look!
Based on all the great reviews, I expected Pro Team Carpet Cleaning to do a good job, but Colby went above and beyond. My carpets in Sacramento hadn’t been cleaned in years and are over 13 years old.
