I was really impressed with the carpet cleaning service. Melvin explained how his equipment works and showed me how much dirt was hiding in my old white carpets. I didn't think they could be saved after my previous roommates and their dogs left so many stains, but now they look fresh and almost new. This morning Brian came to clean our carpets and six upholstered chairs. He was polite, dressed nicely, and took great care with our furniture during the cleaning. The price for the chairs was very fair, especially considering how tough the job was. Brian stuck to the original quote, which showed real honesty and professionalism. Let me start by saying my carpet hadn't been cleaned in over 10 years, so there was a lot of dirt and stains built up. I called a carpet cleaning company after another service showed up to my Sacramento home without any of the right equipment. They even asked to borrow my tools and didn’t have water with them unless I paid extra. They couldn’t do the cleaning on the scheduled day and even messed up the threads on my sink trying to use the wrong connector.
