jerome was great. he arrived right on time and was super friendly. i pointed out the rooms that needed cleaning and he got started right away. it only took about an hour to clean four different areas, and now the carpets look amazing and everything smells so fresh. jerome was able to remove all the pet stains and even those tough old milk odors from the kids. he moved the bed to make sure he cleaned underneath, and was just nice to have in the house. the prices are really fair, especially compared to the bigger companies out... read more
