Our puppy damaged a spot on the landing of our stairs, which gets a lot of foot traffic. We wanted it fixed using some extra carpet from our closet. Roman was very friendly and explained that, because of the wear and location, the patch might not match well. Instead of just doing the repair, he offered a helpful suggestion that worked out perfectly! It's great to know there’s a carpet cleaning company that truly cares and is honest with their customers. i have used their carpet cleaning service five times now and every visit has been wonderful. they made my parents’ light carpets look spotless, even after lots of popsicle spills from the grandkids! they also removed an oil stain from my car seats and made the grout look fresh and clean when we moved into a new home. roman and cory were professional, friendly, and always focused on doing a good job. prices are fair, and i like to follow them on instagram for special deals and contests for discounts.
